Data & Science Driven Biomechanical Assessments
We begin by understanding how your body moves. By identifying restrictions and asymmetries, we build a foundation that prevents injury before it happens.
Scientific Periodisation
We don't do "random" workouts. Your training is programmed in cycles to ensure consistent progress, allowing for both high-effort strength blocks and essential recovery.


Technical Mastery
Every rep is an opportunity for refinement. Our coaches focus on the "why" behind the movement, ensuring you master the mechanics of your own body.
Tailored Coaching in Small Group Classes
With a maximum of 8 members per coach in each class, we give our members our undivided attention, so that we can assess their movement, biomechanics and technique individually.
